We needed to hire a nanny/babysitter to help take care of our two kids while their mother traveled overseas to take care of her own mother who just had major surgery with a very tough recovery. When looking for babysitters, Lisa assured us twice that she was committed to us for the entire four weeks and she would not accept another job if offered while working for us. We learned today that not only is she dishonest, she is also unreliable as she texted me this morning to tell me that she had accepted another job and her last day needed to be next Thursday (two full weeks before the end date). Not being able to trust her anymore with our children, I told her that we don't need her services anymore and now we are in a major bind. While she is good with kids, she cannot be trusted so make sure to proceed with caution if you want to hire somebody who can honor a commitment.

Lisa was a tremedous help to my family and I was very satisified. My boys (4 & 2) enjoyed Lisa very much and was always happy to be around her. Lisa picked up my boys from daycare 3 days a week and spent a few hours with them (helped with meals, dishes, and bath) until I returned home. She was always prompt, reliable, very responsible, and engaging with my sons. We were definitely sad that she moved away! Highly recommend Lisa!
