My husband I hired Erica as a sitter for our son, she worked for us for about 5 months. She was never late and wore scrubs to work which I thought was professional. During this time frame she put in her 2 weeks and then recanted stating she wanted to work something out with her schedule, which we did. A couple of weeks later, I decided that I wanted a nanny cam and Erica quit via text that evening next day (no show). This was not a hidden camera it was only in my son's room. It leaves me to wonder what she was doing, which made my husband and I very upset. If you care about your child's well-being get a nanny cam. NO sitter should ever be worried about a Nanny cam, if they are doing their job. **Cameras are set up at most jobs around the world** After building a report with Erica, I would have thought this would not have been a big deal. Gives me a strange feeling though. Especially because she quit via text (no phone call) and lied and said she would be coming in the next day.
