As long as I can remember I have enjoyed being around babies and children. I have extensive childcare experiences and have been babysitting since age 13. At this age I did take a baby sitting course and was CPR certified. During high school and summers home from college I worked as an assistant teacher at Reston Day School. During the summer I planned and implemented activities for a classroom of 30+ fourth and fifth graders. We often rotated classrooms and I have experience with younger age groups as well including the JK classroom consisting of children ages 2-4. The summer of 2012 I was a nanny M-F for a family with two boys ages 7 and 9 and had a great experience.
