I have been a nanny for over ten years and has been with my last family for 7 years.I started when thier first child was 3 months old.I helped with getting the kids fed and ready for school,I drove the kids to playdates,the library, the bookstore,the payground and any other fun places that they wanted to go to. I read to and with the kids,played games with them, helped with homework and tried to keep them on a schedule which made it easier for their parents. I have children of my own so I treated the kids just like I would my own.I listened to stories from vacations, we spoke about weekend activities,I encouraged them whenever they needed it, and I respected their opinions.
