I became a caregiver because I simply love and adore children. With my mom being an elementary school teacher, I have been surrounded by children all of my life. I currently work at a local elementary school with their after-school program. Recently graduating from college with a B.S. in Education for Speech-Language Pathology, I strongly believe education, patience, and love are the most important factors in a child’s upbringing. From the age of 16 up to the time it was time for me to leave for college at the University of West Georgia, I volunteered at my local church’s children’s nursery with children ranging from ages newborn to about 9 years of age. With children being the center of my joy, I truly feel this is the place for me.
