I have been a nanny for 15years. I have a degree in Education. Loved the kids and loved the teaching but couldn't understand the "System'. I am both Cpr and first aid cerrified. I feel that a nanny should be part of a family with open conversations between the family and the nanny so we are all on the same page. I feel schedules arw important because children need consistency to feel safe and secure.
