When I was 16 years old, I started a babysitting business. From there, I began babysitting for about 8 different families. From that, I landed a job caring for a 7-year-old boy after he got out of school. After working with this family for about a year, I started babysitting on weekends for another family who had a 2-year-old girl & 3-year-old boy. When the oldest was in pre-k, they started using me as a daily after school nanny. I would still watch them on most weekends, too. When they reached 4 & 5 years old, their parents used me as a daily nanny during work hours when the kids were out of school for the Summer. I was with this family for 4. 5 years, but left for a daycare position. The mother hated to lose me. I've worked in three day cares. In 2007, my nephew was born. Read more I have cared for him since he was an infant and I've been like a second mother to him for 7 years. I am always on call when his mother needs me to keep him or watch him after school. In 2009, I started a photography business. Although, I love it, the money is up and down, so I'm looking for a full-time position doing something I'm good at and love. My skills are working with children and doing photography! I am looking for a weekly position that starts in the morning after I put my nephew on the bus and then goes until 4 p.m. since he gets off the bus at 4:30 or else someone who is willing to pick their child(ren) up from my house in Evans or from my nephew's football practice and gymnastics on Tuesdays and Thursdays if the position is later than 4:30.
