Currently unemployed, I am 20 year experienced nanny. Caregiving was my career since I was young. Caring for kids was a natural affection and passion I had. Few months ago, I was laid off and took care of 3 children between the ages of 6-9 as a live out nanny. I do everything like full cleaning of the home, pick up, drop off kids to school, playdates, after school activities, etc, help with HW, discipline, teach them Spanish, take them to events, and sleep at home when needed. The age range which I am very comfortable is babies from 0-5 but I can do all of the above. I adapt to different personalities, cultures, disabilities, religion very easily and I am very comfortable to any changes. My pet at home is a Rotweiler. I always volunteer to take care of kids when I can, like other families I meet love me because I don't mind watching over their children for an hour or two just because its something I love to do and care for. I speak english and Spanish but my first language is Spanish. I am from Honduras but lived in the states since I was 17 years old. My philosophy in caregiving and how manage the children I care for is all based on the families lifestyle and rules and regulations. I definitely love living a healthy lifestyle so I do influence that to children. In disciplining the kids, I always like to partner with the parents if we are all in the same page disciplining a child is easy. I am a family oriented person so I am very lovey and caring. I shower the kids in kisses and hugs everyday. My favorite activities I would say is Arts and Crafts. I love painting pictures, drawing, making sculptures with kids it such a fun way to learn with kids and interacting.
