For the past two plus years I have worked for and become part of a wonderful family in Woodstock. But sadly they are moving out of state. It has truly been a joy watching over their 2year old boy/3year old boy/ and most recently, baby girl. Prior to this I gained my experience with Primrose and Goddard schools. I have to say, I enjoy the close nit family experience more. I am sometimes asked why I would sign up for a career like this knowing that I will have to say good buy someday (gut wrenching, by the way). All I can say is, how could I not. Good buys are the nature of the business, but everything before makes it all worth it. On to experience : I teach everything, including cognitive development, Math, Spanish, sign language, gross and fine motor skill development, potty training, self help skills and Read more so much more. I am looking for a family, who would love for me to enrich their child's mind and play and shower with love and attention. I have 10+ years of whole life experience, 5 years of professional experience with children between the ages of 6 weeks- 7years, and I am in the process of completing my Associate's in Child Care Development (CDA). I am also certified in CPR and fire safety and have taken many other courses to further hone my skills. My rate of pay would depend on the number of children I would be attending to and what type of household duties agreed upon, when hired.
