Ashley B.

We contacted Ashley and set up a meeting. We met with her and had her meet our daughter. Our little one took to her immediately which made us very happy. We set up a day and time for Ashley to see what our daughter's routine is like and see showed up and interacted well with our daughter. We discussed our needs with Ashley and she seemed to be very interested and happy about the fit. We asked if she was interested in working with us and she stated that she was. We offered her the job and set up a time to have her start. 20 minutes before she was supposed to show up and start she sent a text stating that she wasn't coming. She didn't call either of us directly to explain her actions nor has she called since. This was very surprising to us since she emphasized how important she thought communication was in her meeting with us. Ashley acted in a very disappointing manner. It was very unfortunately since our family really liked her and was looking forward to having her join our daughter's circle.

Ashley was very reliable and great with my son. I could depend on Ashley to pick him up at school, feed him, play and get him in bed on time! She picked him up once a week, and kept his car seat in her car in the meantime---and took good care of that too. I highly recommend Ashley!

Ashley's a total professional. She was on-time, brought her references, and had no problem jumping in to care for my 12 month old son. He took to her immediately and had a great time while she was here. She's really the ideal caretaker for our family--easy going, good with children, motivated to do educational things with him, considerate, compassionate and completely trustworthy. We look forward to having her as part of our family as long as she's interested in doing caretaking as a career. Thanks, Ashley!
