I was with the same family for almost 5 years. I just moved to WR from Cleveland, Ohio. I watched 3 young kids. Ages 3, 7, and 10. The youngest being autistic I had to work with him alot in order to provide him with what he wanted and needed. By the end of the time I had with him (up until I moved), he was saying a few words. The elder boys, I helped with homework, meal prep, playtime, as well as provided transportation to and from certain things, as well as to and from school. I made fun games for the children to do together. I had a very good realationship with their mother(my employer), and still do to this day. I am always available and always by my phone if something pops up.
