Hi, My name is Amy Delaney. I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (licensed in NY and GA) with extensive experience with children ages newborn-18. I am proficient in caring for children, special needs, development, study skills, etc and am very compassionate, caring, and patient. I am moving to Pooler, GA this coming weekend. School Psychologist positions are very limited so I am very interested in taking on private work which keeps me working with children in all capacities since I love them so much. I also have a private tutoring business so I am looking to fill in extra hours with side work such as child care. Kids tend to bond to me very quickly and I to them. WeI want to highly recommend Amy and Chris as pet sitters. By fate or luck, we were connected with Amy. We were in a bind and needed to find a sitter for our 5 year old Golden, Jeter. Our regular sitter was away and we needed to travel out of state for an emergent trip for work. We joined this website and others, desperate to find a good sitter that we would trust with our little guy. We had meet and greets with several sitters and did not feel comfortable leaving Jeter with them. Some pet sitters, in our opinion, appear more interested in making $$$ and not so much in th bets they sit. At the point of about to cancel the trip, we spoke with Amy about our situation. We immediately knew by her background and caring attitude that she would be a great fit. We had a meet and greet an hour later and dropped Jeter off the next day for one week. Jeter loved it there and loved Amy's dog Asha. Amy kept us up to date every day with pics and e-mails. Jeter has skin allergies and is taking medicine to get that under control. Amy did a great job administering these meds and gave us some very good tips on this and other ways to improve Jeter's health and quality of life. Amy and Chris, unlike other sitters, do not sit numerous pets. You dog or cat is not just a number. They believe in personal care and attention. We would without hesitation recommend and endorse Amy and Chris. We thoroughly them and know that Jeter is in the best care with them. You won't be disappointed.
