TO whom it may concern, For the past six years I have been Nannying for loving and fun Families. During the school year I have been working with teachers children. Just an example of our days. When I arrive I get the children started on their day. The children as young as possible have "jobs" first they need to get dressed, make their beds, brush their hair and teeth,and come to the table for breakfast.( I certainly will facilitate this process with a visual picture chart if need be.) Of course a nutritious breakfast, my children are responsible for clearing their own dishes etc. Now we start our day. I have been blessed with the school being close enough to walk to. We gather our backpacks and necessary items the off to school we go . On the way home I usually do outdoor activities with the younger children. Then Read more snack story time and nap if required. Then off to pick up again. Snack and homework to follow. Usually the children are in sports or other after school activities, if not it's free time to have friends over and playtime until mom or dad arrive to hear about their awesome day. That's been my school year day. Summer I have cared for different families. More lay back and geared for outdoor activities,we still read every day, and review somethings school related. That being said,my love is babies. I have raised 4 awesome children and have 5 perfect grand children. I am the worlds best cuddler. Although I sing off key babies don't seem to mind. I am a big fan of dancing with and listening to soothing music with my tiny charges.I may sound old but, don't be misled, I have more energy then most 20 somethings. Prior to nannying I work for 12 years in schools with multineeds children with medical issues. Prior to the schools, I worked as a CNA in the comprehensive rehab ward at a hospital.
