I have taught young children in the past and have training from The Child Care Educational Institute (CCEI), The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), Early Connections, and The Appelbaum Institute. I also have two young children of my own; a nine yrs. old daughter and 11yrs. old son. I have a natural ability to care for children and possess the qualities to have a positive influence on their lives. I enjoy being outdoors, being active, swimming, building things, reading, being funny, creative, and like to play games. One summer, I was a camp counselor and I was appointed to be the dramatic arts teacher. I was not given a lesson plan. I pulled out my imagination and the class was a huge success; one of the favorites among the children. I enjoy interacting with kids.
