Kirsten helped us out last week and we're really grateful. She got here on-time despite transportation issues. She was very responsible, flexible, and caring. Our 3 year old was a little resistant to her because shey wouldn't turn on the TV whenever he wanted, but she stayed positive and engaging the whole time. Highest recommendations.
