I have 6 years of experience as a nanny. I've cared for all ages, ranging from newborn to 12 years. I understand that people have different disciplinary beliefs, and that each child responds differently to certain methods. Therefore I will easily adapt to the rules of your house, only disciplining your children how you have instructed. Since moving to Hawaii in 2014, I've nannied for two families with an 8 month old baby. I've recently given birth and am absolutely loving motherhood, so after spending a few months at home with my daughter, I'm now ready for the challenge of nannying with a newborn. I've taken quite a few child development courses, and am also learning American Sign Language. It is so much fun to see young children learn to use signs to communicate before they're able to speak.

Elisabeth has been watching my 2 1/2 year old daughter for over a year and my son since the day he was born. She has shown great sensitivity towards my daughter as she's had to adjust to having a new baby brother in the house. She engages both kids with age appropriate creative play and sees to it they are safe, clean, and well-fed during our absence. I would highly recommend Elisabeth to anyone in need of help with small children.
