Aloha, My name is Lindsey Pagnini and I am a nanny. I grew up with my Mom's in-home daycare, as she cared for 14 children for 16 years. Beginning as a young adolescent, I always played a roll in helping her care for the children. Having had the experience from a young age; this helped me get my own babysitting jobs as I grew up. After graduating high school I became a nanny for a family, caring for their 3 children ages 6 months, 3 yrs and 6 yrs old. I cared for them for 2 years. I then went to work with another family taking care of their children ages 3 yrs and 10 yrs. I cared for these children for 3 yrs. I am a natural nurturer. I have such a passion and love for helping take care of children. I have great patience and understanding for their Read more needs. I am very interactive and facilitate in helping them grow, learn, be creative, explore, use their imagination and just be kids. I do not yet, but hope to have my own kids some day. I have a huge love for the outdoors, so a lot of outside play time will be had. I feel this is also very good for their motor skills.
