Throughout my life I had many experiences caring for children. At the young age of 10 I was helping my mom in the church nursery and continued the church nursery work through high school. There I watched children ages infant-6. When I was in 7th grade I cared for a 6 month old all day every Friday for a year. Throughout college I periodically babysat two boys ages 10 and 11. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Missouri and during my time in college I was consistently working with high school aged kids. Since moving to Iowa I have worked at ChildServe as a two-year old teacher. There I was caring for eight two-year olds with a co-teacher. I am used to caring for the needs of children and I believe I have the education, patience and gentleness to provide top care for Read more your child. Kids are so much joy and they make each day new exciting, there is never a dull moment. I hope to one day be a stay-at-home mom but until then I would love to be around and care for kids.
