I have nannied for almost 10 years now, almost every summer since my freshman year of high school. I have worked for many families and babysit on the side as well. I went to Saint Ambrose University in Davenport Iowa and started off as an Early Childhood major, where I got lots of experience in kindergarten classrooms (observing). Then I switched my major junior year to Psychology, I also have a minor in Theology and Sociology. I am currently a Youth Advocate at a Domestic Violence Shelter where I counsel children who have been through trauma, and I plan all the children's programs (in and outside the shelter). I am extremely creative and also very tidy and organized. I am moving to Chicago beginning of January and am searching for a job to start me off while I am there getting used to things.
