Hello! My name is Rachel. I am 24 years old and I have been working in childcare for the past 5 years. It has truly become a part of my heart. I am a recent graduate of the University of Iowa where I took many courses focused on early childhood development and psychology. I am currently the lead teacher of a preschool room at a Bright Horizon's center in the downtown Des Moines area. During my time at Bright Horizons I have become very comfortable with play-based learning curriculum, however I recognize that different learning styles require different methods and I am willing and able to adapt to your child's needs. During my working life I have had the opportunity to work with many different age groups (from six weeks to five years).
