Hello! My name is Maria Morrison. I have been babysitting for about 10 years and have a lot of experience in child care. Last summer I had the pleasure to nanny for a family who had a 1 year old, a 2 year old, and twin infants. The twins were born with a cleft lip and palate. They had a surgery when they were about 5 months old, so it was my job to help their lips heal without infection, as well as make sure they were getting fed the necessary nutrients. This responsibility of watching after 4 kiddos under 2 year old was a little more challenging than most, but something I would not take back for anything. I have created such an amazing bond with all four of them and I am so grateful for that. That is the number one thing I love about child care, and Read more the reason I am in it. I love creating a relationship with children and watching them grow up and develop personalities. It is such a rewarding job. I have experience with all ages, as I also previously worked at a Montessori System School where I worked as a teacher. I primarily worked with preschool aged children, but often worked with school age, as well as in the infant room. I am looking forward to hearing from you! :)
