Hello my name is Naomi Mestman and I am a Junior at the University of Idaho. I have experience working with children as young as a few weeks old to teenagers as well as children with developmental, physical, and mental disabilities. I love to play games, make crafts, play sports, and reading to children. I have experience teaching children to read, write, and swim, as well as early childhood experiences such as walking, talking, and sitting up. I have been a nanny, babysitter, teacher aid, and an au pair many times. I love children and think that the most important thing for the survival of humanity is to help teach, nurture, and prepare the future generations. I have volunteered in all of the different preschool aged classes as well as kindergarten Read more and the 1st grade-4th grade. I am an extremely patient person who specializes in creating a curriculum that fits each individual depending on their needs, capabilities, and likes. I know basic sign language which I find comes in handy when children are starting to learn to talk and prior to their fast mapping stage in development. It allows them to communicate when they are excited or flustered and can't speak audibly or clearly. I put 120% of my effort into everything I do because I believe that anything worth doing should be given all of what you have and a little extra to boot. I am looking for a job as a nanny and hope to be able to become an important part of your family. I am around for the whole summer and could start part time if you need me before the school year is over.
