Katie’s Bio

My name is Katie Jensen. I'm from a small town in Idaho. Growing up I loved talking care of children and always seemed to have a few babysitting jobs at any given time. I come from a family of 5 kids so there was always helping around home as well. In high school, I worked two different jobs that allowed me to spend time with kids ranging in age from 3-15 with disabilites of many different kinds.
After high school I attended beauty school at Evan's Hairstyling College in Rexburg, Idaho. I have now graduated and am working as a licensed cosmetologist.
After high school I had planned on nannying but it worked out better for me to go to school first. Now that I'm done, it's definitely something that I would like to pursue.
I'm a really easy going person. I love meeting new people and finding out what makes them the person they are. I am a member of the LDS church and hold myself to very high standards. Growing up in the church gave me many opportunities to learn skills that will help me raise others children as well as my own one day.
I have no preference of location and am willing to travel wherever I'm needed.
