I am a grandmother of 5 with 1 more on the way later this year. I am 52 years old, married and live in Post Falls. I have worked for 36 years full time raising three great children who are grown with families of their own. My last job as a sales representative was here in Post Falls was for 17 years. I completely understand how important it is to find someone responsible, reliable, and on time for those who work outside the home. I left my job to care for my elderly mother 3 years ago and she moved to assisted living a year and a half ago. I babysit my grandchildren on weekends a few times a month and love it ! I decided to remain a full time grandma and babysit other children in they're home. I took parenting seriously being involved in school activities along with juggling 3 children in sports for 8 yrs beginning at age 4. I am not saying I was a perfect parent because its a learn as you go for every parent. But now that I am a grandparent of 5 under the age of 7 I feel I have more wisdom than ever before. With maturity I have discovered what works and what doesn't. Positive re-enforcement works the best ! I will never judge any parent on they're own parenting style and will always follow your parenting requirements with your children because they need consistency not confusion.
