Hello. My name is Heather Fraser. I live in Arthur and teach 1st grade there. I have by B.S. in Early Childhood Education from the U of I. I always babysat growing up, worked in preschool settings all through college, worked with toddlers at the U of I Child Development Center, and now teach in Arthur. My degree certifies me to teach birth to 3rd grade and I also have my early childhood special education approval. I concentrated on and received 18 credit hours in psychology in undergrad. I have a natural ability for care giving and love working with little ones. I love reading, playing outside, board games, crafts, taking walks, and more!
