I am a mom of 7, ranging in age 10 to 24. I was a stay at home mom for a long time. In 2010 I started my own in home daycare so that I could still be home with my kids. That was an amazing experience, watching babies and toddlers grow up before my eyes. In 2018 I decided it was time to work outside of the house since my kids were older. I went back into retail, working at Menards for 4 years, eventually becoming a receiving and outside yard assistant manager. I loved my job, but unfortunately working in a male dominant role I wasn't treated fairly and eventually had to quit. I then tried my hand at working at the aldi warehouse, but working conditions were awful and I only lasted 3 months.
