She reached out to us looking for an interview. We scheduled one with her. The day of, she never even reached out to us. She just didn't show up at all, and never responded to follow up texts. 1) Scheduling an interview and not showing up takes an interview slot away from someone else who really would want the job. 3) If a better option came up, just say that. We get it, you are looking for a job, but honesty goes a lot farther than wasting people's valuable time.
