We interviewed and hired Jackyln in 2015 for a summer nanny position. After I had dismissed all my other applicants and only 4 weeks before the end of school, she emailed me that she had found another position that was better for her. I luckily found another applicant that worked out well, but I was quite frustrated at her lack of commitment.
