Melissa A.

Melissa watched my 8-month-old son for a few days when his daycare was closed for vacation. Her home is very kid friendly and it's obvious she's amazing with children, as she has two of her own. She was also great about keeping him on his schedule. He was happy camper all week. I will definitely work with her again in the future!

I was a first time mother with a 3 month old, and she made me feel like she was family and would take care of my son as if he was hers. She had my son from 3 months to 11 months old. The only reason I left her care was because I transferred job locations and moved to a different part of chicagoland. I actually dreaded having to take my son away from Melissa. I felt that she was just as loving and caring with my son as I would have been. She also taught me a lot about being a mother. She helped me through his firsts.....sickness, teething, crawling. Her children were both caring & fun and I think my son benefited from having her children around. She took him to the Zoo, the park, on walks, and made sure he ate well and napped. She also followed any instruction that I had, and reported everything to me. I give Melissa a lot of credit for my son's development and the fact he was such a good, calm baby.

It was very easy for me to see that Melissa is a experienced childcare provider when she watched my son. Inside & out, her home is kid-friendly, and her children are delightful. I also met a couple children & another parent she works with, and they all seem very satisfied. No question--I will use her again!
