Working with children has been a part of my life since I was 12 years old. I now have 60+ hours of college credits with a focus on both Early Childhood Education and sociology. I have worked as a nanny, babysitter, daycare teacher, and playground supervisor as well as briefly managing an after school program. I have two children of my own, ages 9 and 3, and spent two years homeschooling. I believe that kids thrive from hands on learning and being outside with limited screen time. I am able to care for multiple children, with varying degrees of needs. I have been CPR certified and First Aid certified. I am also semi-fluent in American Sign Language. I am willing to care for children as well as assist with cleaning, meals, errands and transportation.
