Hello! My name is Laurie. Currently I am a housewife. My job as a nanny just ended this week Tuesday. The husband took a job which transferred the family to Georgia. I worked for them a little over a year. Prior to this, I've spent 27 years in the dental field as a dental assistant. Eight years with the first Doctor and 19 years with the last. I tell you this because, hopefully you will see that I am a realiable and loyal employee. In the 27 years of dental assisting I also held a certificate in CPR which has just expired in July of 2015. Although I loved what I did, I do not want to get back into the dental field. I feel that I am no longer as passionate about dentistry as I once was. I have always been passionate about children. I have not been blessed Read more with my own but have been around kids my whole life. Growing up my mother worked as a babysitter watching children in our home. In grammar school and high school I also babysat for friends of my parents and our neighbors. Eventually my siblings started having children, and I always had a major part in their lives and helped to raise them. If you take the time out to meet with me you will see that I am a kind, responsible, and loyal person who takes the responsibility of watching children very seriously.
