My name is Jenna Fasig. I am twenty-three years old. I recently graduated from University of Illinois Springfield where I received my bachelors in Clinical psychology. I just finished up with a 300 hour internship at Sojourn Domestic Violence Shelter. Before I can attend grad school I needed more experience. I plan on attending grad school in the fall for clinical counseling. My goal is to become a counselor and be able to help others. I want to know that I am making a difference for someone else. I am a family oriented person. I grew up in Chatham and stayed in Springfield for college so I could be close to home and be with my family. I have a two year old nephew who I have been able to watch grow every week since he was born and will never regret my decision to stay here for school. My Read more mother is my absolute best friend. I could not imagine being far from her. Since I was a kid I have always loved children. You would never find me without a babydoll in my arms. I come from a large family where there are always little ones running around. My family calls me the baby hog because whenever there is a baby around you will find him/her in my arms. I have been babysitting since I was 6th grade and still babysit. I became a nanny for two five year old twin girls and their older brother. The kids are now 13 and 15 years old but I continue to watch them when I am needed. I usually stay the night with the kids and have them for a couple days. I am responsible for picking them up from school, making sure homework is done, making them dinner, getting them to whatever practice they have, getting them ready for bed, getting them up in the morning, making breakfast, and then driving them to school. I am somewhat of a clean freak and love organization. I always make sure the kid’s rooms are always cleaned and things put away. I also do the laundry and the dishes. I like to make sure I have the house clean and everything straightened up. I am a child at heart so I love to play games with the kids and make sure they are entertained and get attention. I can beat anyone at Disney scene it but the kids I watch know I am no push over. I am strict when it comes to rules and getting things done
