I' am seeking an opportunity working with your family. I have been around children all my life and I have four beautiful children myself. I have done volunteer work at Jehovah Lutheran where my children attend. I' am interested in becoming a nanny because I love children and being a mom is the most amazing experience I have been blessed with. I find joy working with children and I believe that children should be surrounded by loving positive influences. If given the opportunity It will be a blessing working with your children. I'm bilingual I speak English and Spanish and I'm influent on both languages. When I did volunteer work as a teachers assistant I played games with the children read books sang songs to them helped with homework and I prepared their snacks as well. I helped the children with recognizing colors, numbers and alphabets. When I worked as Read more a nanny I took care of two boys and prepared their lunches for school and I would also dropped/ picked them up. when they had extracurricular activities like basketball, volleyball, and running track I would attend and stay with the boys. I would also help the children with projects and homework. I would make dinner for the family while I was at home with the children and I would clean do laundry. If the family needed me to run an errand for them I would do so. There are things that a parent can learn from a child vise a versa, example when you sit and read with your child you may have overlooked on a picture or a detailed on the story. Children learn very quickly and observe there surrounding. Patience is one of the most important things to have especially when it comes to children why? Because children make mistakes and are learning from this environment and we as parents deal with the situations of those mistakes that teach us and our children many things. Sometimes you have to pause life and take them where they want to go, try things that they would want to try. When our children look at us they see us as we are their protectors like the way a bear covers her cubbies with their arms around them that's how our children feel with us because to our children there is no safer place then feeling safe with their parents. references upon request I don't know why but in my drivers record is stating that I'm 6, feet and that is incorrect my height is actually 5,6..
