I have been watching children since the age of 15 and have learned that every child is gifted and different in their own way. In my 5 years of experience with children from the ages 6 month to 12 years old i have found that it takes a lot of love, care and patience to be able to stay on their level. I have been fortunate enough to nanny special needs children who i find amazing! As for having tons of energy to keep children entertained and being able to keep up with them.
