I have over ten years experience working with children of different ages. As a young adult I often babysat for neighborhood families. The most challenging experience was watching infant triplets, one of whom needed some special medical attention. Growing up I was a camp counselor and director every summer at the Ecology Center where I supervised and lead numerous nature based crafts and activities for campers. For the past six years I worked as an Environmental Educator at an Environmental Center where I developed and taught toddler and youth environmental education programs including arts, crafts, outdoor exploration and child development. I always strived to make the programs well-rounded, fun, educational and beneficial to the participants. I also have a background in theatre so i enjoy singing, storytelling and making the best use of your imagination. I am very creative and enjoy working with children.
