I hired Michelle 2 years ago to be with my son in the morning for several hours and take him to summer camp. She is consistently prompt, reliable, and conscientious. She let me know if he did not eat his breakfast, or if something seemed off with him in the morning. Every morning she met him where he was at, engaging him in conversation or not depending on what he needed. She was always willing to help out with food prep or anything else we might need. She ensured he entered the camp/school building and would even attend parent orientation meetings for me (he is now 12). There were times when I had to get to work and my son was sick and I called Michelle and she worked around her schedule to be there for me and him. And then would call or text afterward to see how he was doing and if I needed anything. I then hired her year round to take him to school and now she is taking him to weekly appointments in the afternoon. Michelle is not a sitter to us any more, she is family, and I trust her like family. I am happy to answer any and all questions and serve as a reference. She is the most reliable, consistent and trustworthy sitter you could possibly find.
