Dear Families, My name is Sandy, I am 36, originally from Germany, and I now live in Edgewater with my husband and 5 kitties. I have worked with children for most of my adult life in a variety of settings: As an au-pair (twice, once in Ireland, once in Denmark), as a preschool language teacher and a tutor in Germany, in a daycare and an after-school program in Evanston, as a babysitter for countless families, and, for the past 4 years, as a nanny for children ages 0-5.
