I have always loved kids! I graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2017. I am planning to start a doctorate program at Northwestern this fall so I will be unable to work regular hours at that time but would be more than happy to help as an occasional sitter. I was First Aid/CPR certified (as well as a certified instructor of the First Aid/CPR courses). My certification expired this July of 2018 but I will be recertified at the start of my grad program in August 2019. I have done tons of volunteer work; I coached Girls On The Run for two years - an after school organization for girls in grades 3-5 teaching them about healthy diets and exercise while also educating them on important topics like bullying and respect, I have spent one month, every summer, volunteering at an orphanage in China Read more where I play with and love the children, and I have volunteered at a hospital in Kalamazoo for many years. I have been babysitting for 9+ years, I love playing games and taking the kids to a park or the zoo rather than spending time in front of a TV.
