HI! My name is Amanda and I'm a 2nd grade teacher in Lemont, IL. I'm currently seeking a nanny position for the summer in the Chicago area. Since the age of 13, I've cared for many families with children of all ages, ranging from newborn to junior high aged. My passion for working with children and nurturing nature is what lead me to pursue a career as a teacher. As a babysitter/nanny, I've cared for up to 5 children at a time while planning meals, carrying out household tasks, and tending to the needs of small children. I am CPR certified and have spent a summer as a lifeguard. I've also spent some time tutoring while I was in college. I am flexible and take pride in my integrity as an employee and more importantly, as a caregiver to the most significant part of your life - your children!
