Hello, I'm Sarah Joy! Whether its taking a trip to the library or the beautiful Chicago parks, painting pictures, or building castles in the sand, I love having a joy-filled time with the children that I care for. A little bit about myself: I am a very energetic, patient, responsible, and tender-hearted person. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo, SUNY. I love staying fit and active. I enjoy playing piano and guitar. And I love animals; I have two dogs, Bailey and Lucy. Some of my experience: I have been a caregiver close to 6 years now and have experience with caring for children of all ages. My most recent Nanny position was with the the family who is listed #1 in my references. I nannied full-time for their 3 children (ages 10, 8, and 3 at the time) for two fun-filled summers. My position before that was also full-time with a family of 2 boys (4 yo. and 13mths. at the time), and we had a wonderful time going to the park/play-dates, playing in the sprinklers on those hot summer days, doing arts and crafts, and reading books together. I have a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle. I am more than willing to do any of the daily tasks that go along with a child's daily routine; tutoring, preparing meals/snacks, running errands, and doing any light housework if needed. I also have experience with changing diapers/ assisting in potty training toddlers. I enjoy caring for children of all ages and I hope you will consider to me to be a caregiver for your child!
