Hi parents! My name is Deanna Roselli and although I look nothing like Julie Andrews and probably will not fly to your doorstep with an umbrella, I am a fun and ecstatic caregiver equipped with proper responsibility and positive morals. Let me tell you a bit about myself: I graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Communication Studies and a Writers' Certificate. I am pursuing an Herbalism Certificate and my own personal business, but I always loved babysitting and spending working hours with fun, creative kiddos. I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old after I took a babysitting course at the Park District in my hometown outside of Chicago, IL. Ever since, I've had the pleasure of taking care of some really cool kids ranging from 2 to 12 years old. My most noteworthy nanny experience was when I traveled major cities of California as a live-in nanny and private tutor for an adorable 6 year old girl named Iris. Her musician parents were a part of the Jersey Boys production, so we packed up our bags every few weeks and hit the road to new cities. The experience taught me an immense amount of responsibility as a caretaker, a teacher, and a friend to Iris. To this day we still frequently FaceTime and see each other when I am back in Chicago. I currently live in Denver, CO and am working on personal business projects for Herbalism and natural products, and looking for an awesome family to look after and supplement my income. I own a Toyota Rav4, and have a squeaky clean driving record. I thrive for creativity and fun, but as a long-time babysitter I understand that safety and responsibility are priority as a caregiver. I pride myself on my kindness and patience with others and I really enjoy working with kids. I love to cook and I often find myself humming away while I clean.. after all washing dishes and cleaning up our messes isn't so bad with a simple tune and tiny reward!
