Meet Rachel

  • Occupational Therapist
  • Comfortable with pets
  • Has a car

I have been babysitting for the past 11 years for children from 3 months old to 13.  I am an occupational therapy graduate student at Rush University Medical Center so I am First Aid/ CPR certified and have experience working with children of all ages. I also have knowledge of many medical conditions as well as allergies so I am comfortable taking care of children of all backgrounds. Summer of 2011 I spent nannying in New York for three children ranging from a one year old to a nine year old.  I drove the children to their differet activities and engaged in all sorts of art projects, sports games, homework help, reading, and much more. I also have experience caring for twins (starting when they were new borns) along with their older sibling.  I am flexible and take direction well. I also don't mind helping out around the house with Read more cleaning and preparing meals for the children. I am now also a member of 'Date Night Now' through sittecity so feel free to access my weekly weekend availability through this link: http://datenight.sittercity.com/rachel-l
