Hi parents I am full time, SpEd teacher seeking P/T (summer only) nanny position. I am open to any days during the week, and am available as soon as June 23rd. I am a non-smoker, own my own vehicle, have a clean driving record, CPR-First aid certified, great with multiple children, and pet friendly. I live in Chicago, but willing to travel up to 15 miles (from 60631 or 60656 zip-codes). I will not have any other obligations to hold me back from committing as much, or as little time to you and your family this summer. I absolutely love working with children. Children give me so much energy, and have shaped me into the person I am today. The children that I have worked with have made me into a patient, bubbly, compassionate, energetic, friendly, and nurturing person, and feel blessed to have experienced this. I try to be Read more the best person I can be around children, because I know that children learn from these experiences. I can honestly say that working with children is a passion of mine, and could not see myself doing something not associated with them. I have also taken several courses in Child Development, and Child Psychology, which helps me have a strong ability to communicate and understand children's needs and wants in a kind and compassionate way. I love being active with the children that I nanny! I encourage all children to be active, whether it be spending the days outside or in! I enjoy coming up with new activities, exploring new places, and even just being outside are great ways for kids to learn and gives them plenty of room to grow into productive, positive members of society :) Some activities that I love to do: go to the pool, play in the park, play sports, go to museums, go to the bookstore, and much more. Having my own transportation is a convince that allows me to be able to experience all of these! I pride myself on being punctual and organized! I keep a positive attitude with everything that I accomplish in life and I know that this has helped me stay on the right track! Through this, I have become very successful in school as well as previous working endeavors. I promise to establish a partnership with families of the children I watch to provide the best for them, while creating and upholding a nurturing, sanitary, and warm household environment for children and parents. Any further questions? Please message and ask. Looking forward to hearing from you!
