Gabby responded to my ad for a Nanny with a beautifully written bio letting me know how responsible, trustworthy and dependable she was. I wrote her back to let her know that I was interested in setting an interview however I was worried that the drive from St. Pete to Land O Lakes would be a bit much. She wrote back and assured me that it was no problem at all and that she was always on time "by a handful of minutes." We set an interview for her to come and meet us 2 days later. I took off work to meet her and my husband, my 3 year old and myself waited for her to show up for our 900am interview. At 920am I texted her to ask if she was still coming. 10 minutes later I recieved this response "Hey sorry about that! I had something come up and have to move to illinois to be with one of my sick family members in the next week." No call to cancel, no profuse apologies, nothing. In my opinion this is EXTREMELY irresponsible and I would be terrified to leave my child with such an unreliable and decietful individual.

We hired Gabby paid her well were nice to her. She completely FLAKED OUT. Did not give efficient notice for not being able to show up for her hired position. Said she was in a car accident ( we offered to drive her or have her driven) she made us miss work! Didn't care about the effects it would have on us or the children. Do not hire for long term once she gets a little money she's gone.

We needed someone on very short notice (1 day) and needed them for a full week of daytime care. Gabby responded to our post quickly and we were happy to have her in our home the whole week. She was on time even though she had to drive very far, respectful, clean, and most importantly, she was great with our 13 month old and he had a great time! We will certainly go to her again if we ever need help with either of our boys. Thanks Gabby!

Gabby was great with my 9 yr old son. Very engaging, nice, and welcoming. I will definteley use her again!
