Hello! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile! I understand that this is one of the biggest decisions you'll have to make, so it is important that we communicate up front to make sure that we are a good fit! You want to hire someone who you find to be trustworthy, that shares similar parenting styles, respects your role as the parent and who will put your child's/children's health and well-being as their #1 priority, all while nurturing and loving your little ones unconditionally. Let me tell you how I will provide all of these qualities to you and your family. To sum everything up... I've been working with kids in some capacity for over a decade. I have extensive personal and professional experience with children ranging from 0-18 years of age. I am a caring, energetic, hardworking and dedicated individual who has spent many years teaching Read more and loving children who were not my own. I am looking for a full-time week day nanny position. I can't wait to start working with a new family and am very excited to begin building a lifelong bond with you and your children! Details... When I am at work I m going to be completely committed to your children. Your children's safety and emotional health are my biggest concern. I prefer working with children ages 4-12 but am open to all ages. I am comfortable tending to more than one child at a time. I understand that children constantly have changing behaviors and emotions and I have the ability to adapt myself to best suit what they need at any given time. Having worked in a teaching & coaching role, I quickly learned and am comfortable with disciplining, when necessary. That being said, I believe disciplinary action is all about having set rules, clearly communicating these rules and, most importantly, being consistent. I welcome doing some light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, or running errands to help lighten your load, however, my primary focus is the care of your children. Homework comes first and I am happy to help teach and tutor the children. Once homework is completed, then it is time for fun! I enjoy playing games, trying new arts & crafts, going on field trips and being active with the kids to keep them busy and give them a creative outlet. If you are interested in talking with me about an opportunity or if you have any questions for me, please contact me immediately! I am Adult & Pediatric CPR, First Aid & AED Certified.
