My name is Lara Murphy and I am from Evanston, Illinois. I am currently a Freshman at Indiana University and I plan to major in Special Education and double minor in counseling and Non-Profit Management. I have always known that I wanted to be a teacher but in the last few years I have narrowed it down to primarily Special Education. I am looking forward to spreading my passion and love for helping students become the best they can be! I really want to emphasize what my students have the abilities to do rather than what they can't do due to their impairment.
