She has a good background and good recommendations but she promised to babysit my son during Spring break week and after taking care of him on Monday and Tuesday, she didn't show up on Wednesday. When contacted, she said she found another job for the next 2 days and that she tried to contact me the night before but I didn't pick up. Now, the ONE phone call I received at 8pm had no caller ID to call back and this was the only attempt she made, no text, no emails. When I finally managed to reach her by text after several unsuccessful attempts to contact her by phone, she said that it was basically my fault I didn't pick up the only time she called and I didn't respond to the email she claims she sent ( I didn't received anything and we had several email exchanges before) that I should learn how to use the technology!!! I think she was doing ok but she turned out to be unprofessional and rude!!
