I have worked in a school district for the past eight years working with children with special needs. I have worked with children from birth through 8th grade. I have worked as a Parent Educator where I would provide home visits to families to help support healthy development. I have a Masters of Education-Special Education and hold a Bachelors of Science in Communicative Disorders-Speech and Language Pathology. Being the middle child in a large family, I have always had a natural ability to organize, instruct, and nurture my siblings. It was during my time as an educator that I realized my skills are best served working with children through child centered learning activities as well as structuring their day to enhance continual learning.
