I would like to start by saying improving the lives of children has been my life for 6 years. As a board-certified behavior analyst it has been my job to target problematic behaviors and through the repetition of carefully developed treatment plans make those behaviors more manageable. While it has been my job to reduce problematic behavior my mission has been to do that emphasizing creativity and compassion because I believe the human connection is the best instrument for change. While I have worked for a variety of wildly different operations, I believe that the human element is always the most overlooked aspect of treatment. While I have spent my career caring for children diagnosed with autism and other intellectual disabilities, I am interested in caring for any child with whom I can truly make a difference.
