I am 18, and I graduated early in January 2015. As a sophomore and junior in high school I was in a program called BBBS (Big Brothers Big Sisters) I was a "big sister" to a 5th grade boy that had major problems at home my sophomore year, and then the following year I was a "big sister" to an autistic 5th grader. In the spring of my Junior year I took an early education class at MCC (McHenry County Community College)this earned me 6 Credited College hours. As a senior in high school I took a Work Place Experience class, during this class I would go to the pre-school and act as a teachers aide. I have always wanted to be an early education teacher, I can't wait to pursue my dreams in the fall of 2015. I love children of all ages!
